Good Quality Tea

Xin Chun Xiao Zhong - US$5.80

A relatively light tea. LIght taste. the leaves should not be left in the pot for more than 3 minutes at each brew. Consumers are to note that the first brew should not be consumed.


Yi Zhi Xiang - US$5.20

Yi Zhi Xiang, Bu Zhi Xiang and Shui Xian are light teas. It has a relatively light taste. It should be brewed in proportions of 1/3 of the teapot ie. the leaves should fill up 1/3 of the teapot.


Shui Xian - US$6.30

Shui Xian, Yi Zhi Xiang and Bu Zhi Xiang are light teas. It has a relatively light taste. It should be brewed in proportions of 1/3 of the teapot ie. the leaves should fill up 1/3 of the teapot.


Tie Guan Yin - US$8.20

Tie Guan Yin and Yi Deng Tie Guan Yin are semi fermented teas. They are relatively strong in taste and should be brewed in proportion of 1/5 of the teapot. They produce a soothing sensation on the throat and are good for drinking when eating oily foods. Yi Deng - top quality (Chinese language).

 
 
Top Quality Tea

Yi Deng Tie Guan Yin - US$12.20

Yi Deng Tie Guan Yin and Tie Guan Yin are semi fermented teas. They are relatively strong in taste and should be brewed in proportion of 1/5 of the teapot. They produce a soothing sensation on the throat and are good for drinking when eating oily foods. Yi Deng - top quality (Chinese language).


Tie Luo Han - US$14.30

A moderate tea. Proportions are left up to the consumers. For a strong taste, filling 1/3 of the teapot with the leaves is recommended. Otherwise 1/5 would be fine. It has a dark colour to the tea. And it is sometimes brewed with other Chinese herbs.


Bu Zhi Xiang - US$18.80

Bu Zhi Xiang, Yi Zhi Xiang and Shui Xian are light teas. It has a relatively light taste. It should be brewed in proportions of 1/3 of the teapot ie. the leaves should fill up 1/3 of the teapot.

Please note that for all teas, the number of brews each session should not be more than 4-5. As these are gourmet teas, please consume them in small amounts to savour their taste and smell. In addition, with each brew, do not leave them in the pot for too long. IN addition, each leaves should be brewed in separate pots to avoid mixing of fragrance or taste.
